We are the manufacturer and Exporter of Bucket Elevator to lift the grains, fertilizers & powder vertically. Bucket Elevator also called grain leg. Buckets to contain the material and they attached with Belt or Chain to transmit the pull. Our Bucket Elevators are capable to lift the heavy & light Bulk materials to certain height.
 
Our Centrifugal discharge Bucket Elevators can be install vertical or inclined according to the customer requirement. When installed vertically, elevator must be run at high speed to generate centrifugal force to let the material in to discharge chute. Inclined elevators don’t depend on centrifugal force to discharge the material into chute, speed may be lower the centrifugal. Inclined Bucket Elevator have the discharge chute located under the head pulley with Buckets spaced apart. Buckets of Bucket Elevator can be Rounded bottoms or triangular in cross section in continuous Bucket Elevator. These elevators lift the material from boot section, pit or pile of material from foot pulley. These continuous bucket elevator uses to carry the material at low speed. Small capacity Bucket elevators made of one leg type design and high capacity Bucket elevator made with two legs type design. In some application a diverting chute or Diverting Gate placed at the discharge end of Bucket elevator to divert the material in different ways.
 
Bucket Elevator types & Specifications –
Chain Drive Bucket Elevator – Buckets have attached with a chain in these elevators at a certain gaps. Different types of fabricated roller chain used in chain type bucket elevator. Buckets material may be of MS or Steel as per the customer requirement. Sprockets have installed on both side of elevator to drive the chain & bucket mechanism smoothly & continuously. Head sprocket fixed on shaft which drive through an electric Motor. Normally speed is lower in chain type Bucket Elevator.
 
Belt Bucket Elevator – Buckets have attached with a Belt in these elevators at a certain gaps. Different types of fabricated Belts & wire Belts used in Belt type bucket elevator. Buckets material may be of MS, Plastic or Steel as per the customer requirement. Pulleys have installed on both side of elevator to drive the Belt & bucket mechanism smoothly & continuously. Head Pulley fixed on shaft which drives through an electric Motor. Normally speed is higher in Belt Bucket Elevator.
