Our Powerless Bag Diverter used to divert the direction of Bags moving on a Conveyor Belt. Bag Diverter used in a Packing Plant in Cement Plant. Bag Divertor Assembly comprises of the various small parts like Drum which are being machined and fabricated as per the detailed dimensional drawing. The components used in this assembly are: Pneumatic Cylinder (Make : Schrader / Festo) Plummer Block Accessories : Various Nuts, Bolts, Bearings etc Teflon Sheet (Completely wrapped on the Wheel of the Divertor) Pneumatic Fittings It is a working assembly and it is used as a Divertor for diverting the bags at a pre-defined angle. It is of 2 types which are: Belt Type Bag Diverter :??It requires power to drive the motor, couplings, pneumatic cylinder, compressed air etc. Wheel Type Powerless Bag Diverter:??It does not require any aid of power.
