Screw Conveyor based on a mechanism that uses a rotating helical screw blade, flights are fixed on a pipe and the helical screw rotate inside a tube or u trough shape body. Screw Conveyor generally installed horizontally or at a slightly inclined to transfer powder or semi solid material, including fly ash, grains, food waste, wood chips and many others. An electric Motor fixed on drive side of the Screw Conveyor and driven side of Screw Conveyor rotates freely. The rate of capacity transfer of our screw conveyor depends on rotating speed of the shaft, for precise transfer of material we use VFD drive to measure and control the quantity of material. The rotating part of screw conveyor also called an auger.
