We are manufacturing the Motorized Flow Control Gates to control the flow of material discharge from cement silo or hopper.We have designed Motorized Flow Control Gate with provision of high accuracy of positioning of 0-100% that can be adjusted as per the required capacity of material. Our Flow Control Gates are made of ‘V’ shape inside Drum which rotates with the help of Shaft. Fabric has also used for aeration to run Flow Control gate smoothly & effectively. Electric Rotary Actuator with positioner feedback used to operate Flow Control Gate with 0-100% flow accuracy.
