Our Double Flap Valve also called Double Flap Gate which is able to handle different types of material like Powder, granules and bulk material discharge from Storage Silo, Hopper etc. Our Double Flap Valves are capable to control material flow which comes with different air pressure. Double Flap installed in valve to separate differential pressure from bottom & top of the valve to avoid possibility of jamming. Normally during operation of Double Flap Valve top Flap open first to collect the material & deliver on to Bottom Flap then top flap close to secure leakage from top of the valve. Bottom flap shut after discharging the material at bottom of the Gate. The sequence of Open & Closing of the Double Flap Valve is continuously repeated to maintain smooth & Air tight operation. We manufacture Double Flap Valve in MS Fabrication & Stainless steel according to customer requirement. Double Flap Gate can be operate through two pneumatic Cylinders with solenoid valves or Electric Motor is also an alternative way to operate the Double Flap Gate.
